- Training Evaluation Honours Research Report
Course Introduction
The aim of this component of the Honours Programme in Training Evaluation
is to introduce students to the doing part of a training evaluation. Any one of
the aspects of training evaluation can be selected: theory evaluation, needs
analysis, implementation evaluation; outcome evaluation; etc.
Students form small research teams and have to select part of an evaluable
training programme to assess. Each team is assigned to a supervisor. At the
end of the research process, teams present their reports at a colloquium.
