Call for Papers

You are cordially invited to submit a proposal for a paper(s) to be presented at the conference. The relevant details are as follows.

 All papers will be reviewed blindly. To facilitate this process you are required to submit an abstract no later than 29 February 2004. Please comply with the abstract outline below. In the Competitive category, a full-length paper will also have to be submitted by 30 April 2004.
