Referencing Penalty Adjustment for Assignments 3 and 4 & Bus3003S

After careful consideration I have decided to reduce the penalty for referencing errors from -5 to -3 for the module 2 and for the rest of the year.

The reasons for this adjustment:

* There has been improvement in referencing across the board post assignment one and two. It appears that many students are making a concerted effort to improve their referencing technique

* Students have expressed concern about the size of the penalty and we feel it is important to respond to these concerns appropriately
