VC and DVC Support the Faculty of Commerce's Inter-Faculty Transformation Network

Dr Ingrid Tufvesson, the newly appointed Transformation Officer has initiated an inter-faculty network. Dr Tufvesson has arranged a roundtable of drawing on those UCT members, both PASS and academic, who have completed the Khuluma workshop. The first forum is to take place on 14 February 2008 in the Faculty of Commerce, where participants will be addressed by the VC, Prof. Ndebele, and the DVC, Prof. Hall. The event has grown from a small group of six to forty since the initial proposal for this event was set into motion. Dr Tufvesson is enthusiastic about the potential of this forum for the question of transformation at UCT, and particularly in the Faculty.
