Staff Exchange Agreement
School of Management Studies and School of Behavioral and Organizational
Sciences
Last
week in Washington DC, Joha Louw-Potgieter from the School of Management Studies
at UCT signed a staff exchange agreement with Stewart Donaldson of the School of
Behavioral and Organizational Sciences at Claremont Graduate University in
California.
The Section of Organisational Psychology in the School of Management Studies
built their postgraduate courses in programme evaluation on the model used by
Claremont. In April this year, Stewart Donaldson also took part in the Learning
Event, presented by the Institute for Monitoring and Evaluation in the Section.
We are looking forward to the academic and cultural outcomes this exchange
programme will deliver to both our institutions.
